Important Information Regarding Your Tickets!

Dear ticket holders,

In these challenging times, the thing that keeps us going at CM is thinking about welcoming you back into the theatre soon.  We work each day in anticipation of opening the lobby doors, dimming the house lights, and hearing the overture start to play.  We know you’re looking forward to settling into your seat for our upcoming productions of Holiday Inn, Matilda, Elf the Musical, or On Your Feet as well!

Because theatres have not been able to reopen as quickly as we had anticipated and hoped, we have made a few scheduling changes to our upcoming season.  While some performance dates have moved around, what has not changed is our commitment to offering Broadway-quality entertainment at affordable prices for the entire family.  All Season 47 show titles will go on as previously announced.  Please check the chart below to see if your ticketed performance date has changed.  All ticket holders will be automatically emailed new eTickets over the next week, there is nothing you need to do on your part to receive your new tickets.  If your performance has changed and you’d like to switch to an alternate performance date, we would be happy to assist you.  Kindly call our box office at (631) 218-2810 or email info@cmpac.com.

We are anxiously looking forward to handing you a playbill and inviting you to “enjoy the show!”  Until then, be sure to check out our Facebook page and Youtube Channel for virtual content being produced by our performers and artistic team, and be sure to check out our newly launched CM Website where you can find the latest news on all things CM!

Sincerely,
Alyse Arpino

A Message from the Executive Director

Dearest Patrons,

One week from this evening, we were looking forward to welcoming you into our home here at the CM Performing Arts Center with our production of Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn.

Unfortunately, during these unprecedented times, we had to halt our entire production. Once the all clear is given and it is safe for everyone to return, our cast will be ready to bring you the Broadway quality productions you are used to right here on Long Island.

For the past 33 years, CM has faced many hardships in which we adapted and overcame them with the help of supporters like you. While our productions are paused, our organization still has bills to pay to ensure that once we are able to open the doors again, we will be ready to welcome you back into our home.

We know these times are difficult for many of you, but we ask you during this time to help us keep the Impossible Dream going.

If you follow this link, it will take you to our GoFundMe campaign. Those who have the ability to donate, we thank you for your support. We also ask that you help spread the message by sharing the link to your Social Media for those who are willing to Support The Arts here at the CM Performing Arts Center: https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/cmperformingartscenter

Sincerely,
Alyse Arpino

An Update From The Executive Director

Dearest CM Performing Arts Center Patrons,

As of March 16, CM Performing Arts Center will be following the restrictions set forth by the state and CDC. We will remain closed until given the official notice of safety to reopen.
We have nothing but concern for our beloved CM Family, which includes all of our staff, patrons, actors, musicians and crew members. We want to do our part in trying to navigate this uncharted territory while preserving the integrity and quality we pride ourselves on each and every day.
In the meantime, we are continuing to clean and disinfect our facility. By doing this, we will ensure that we are ready to welcome you back once we know it is safe to resume events here at CM.

For all of our current ticket holders, we are putting new calendars into place for our future events. We will reach out to all ticket holders in regard to our updates and how they will affect your tickets. The office will be open on Mondays and Fridays from 10-2 for all calls. You can visit our website WWW.CMPAC.COM for all updates as well.

Please remember CM and all of our staff, volunteers, patrons, actors and crew in your thoughts. These are hectic times and we need the strength and bond of friendship and love now more than ever.
We are here for you as well. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram. We will be bringing you special clips and surprises to brighten your days through the darkness of this time.

Sincerely,
Alyse Arpino

An Announcement from the Executive Director

All who attend CM Performing Arts Center are always at the center of everything we do. I’d like to take a moment to address concerns about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking to focus on keeping people safe and healthy.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, so we can make ongoing assessments as developments unfold.
At this time when the news is dominated by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach out and let our patrons know that we are vigilantly and proactively implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your health and safety, following the recommendations of our public health authorities and the CDC.

Our highest priority is to ensure we meet our patron needs while doing our part to keep our patrons, our employees, and our communities safe.

Here’s what we’re doing:
  • We enhanced the techniques used to clean our facility before, during, and after each performance using recommended sanitizing products.
  • In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the continued welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent and effective hand washing.
If you have already purchased tickets for an upcoming show or are in the process of purchasing, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure theatrical experience. We want our patrons to enjoy the escape that live theatre provides, especially in these challenging times.

Sincerely,
Alyse Arpino
